,: .,-. <br /> � � O� <br /> O O <br /> • '� g . � CITY of ORONO <br /> � : F, <br /> ��� �G~' RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> �kEsBOg' � N O. ��I��,� <br /> WHEREAS,no negative comments were received from the City of Wayzata,and the <br /> cities of Wayzata and Orono have executed a new Sanitary Sewer Agreement for the affected areas; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,on September 19,2003 the Metropolitan Council indicated to the City <br /> via letter that the 2000-2020 CMP Amendment#1 -Old Lon?Lake Road MUSA is in conformance <br /> with metropolitan system plans, consistent with the Regional Bliceprint, and has no impact on the <br /> plans of other units of local govemment. The letter indicated that Metropolitan Council waives <br /> further review and the City may place the amendment into effect. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Orono hereby amends the 2000-2020 City of Orono Community Management Plan Part 4C, <br /> Comprehensive Sewer Policy Plan by incorporating into•the plan MUSA Part���XIII-Old Long <br /> Lake Road as well as the revised Sanitary Sewer Agreement between Orono and Wayzata dated <br /> August 25, 2003, finding that: � <br /> • 1. The amendment meets the intent of the basic�oals,objectives and policies set forth <br /> in the 2000-2020 CMP. � <br /> 2. The amendment is consistent with the goals, objectives,needs and desires of Orono <br /> residents. <br /> 3.
