Ja O s O <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING <br /> ON HOMESTEAD ROAD SEWER PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5039 of the Council adopted September <br /> 8,2003,a report has been prepared by the City Engineer in reference to the Homestead Road Sewer <br /> Project and this report was received by the Council on October 13, 2003; and . <br /> WHEREAS,the report provides information regazding whether the proposed project <br /> is necessary, cost effective, and feasible. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the Homestead Road Sewer Project in accordance with the report <br /> • and the assessment of abutting properry for all of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of$81,000 <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the l Oth day of November <br /> 2003 in the Council Chambers,2780 Kelley Parkway,at 7:00 p.m. and the Clerk shall give <br /> mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of October 2003. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> _��� � ��� � <br /> Linda S.
