Applicant is further advised that, although applicant's engineer <br />has verified that the existing foundation is adequate with wino: <br />upgrading to support the proposed construction, if for some reason th- <br />existing foundation is ultimately removed and must be replaced, th. <br />applicant shall move the proposed stricture so that it will meet th, <br />10' side setback and 75' lakeshore setback requirements. <br />4.
