RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY riF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT <br />41 BR IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Orono, Minnesota: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Bohi. Point Road and Bohns Point Circle, filed with the council <br />on June 13, 19e8, is hereby declared to be signed by the e.;,uized <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby.
