Bohn's Point Request for Feasibility Study Dated 6/7/88 <br />ISSUES - <br />1.Request for reconsideration of the issue of a feasibility on Bohn' <br />Point Road, a public street. <br />2. Reconsideration of the issue of feasibility on Bohn's Point Circle. <br />INTRCOUCTION - During discussions with one of the Courcilmembers I felt i <br />appropriate to bring back the issue of the feasibility request for th <br />upgrading/widening and curbing of Bohns Point Road feasibility study. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />1. Bohn's Pein.: Road - The publicly owned portion of road of which 54% c <br />the people have requested an upgrade as noted in Attachment B. Desire t <br />have the road widened and the issue of curbing explored. The cost for tha <br />feasibility study would be $2,000.00. The cost of this feasibility study <br />should the project go ahead, would be incorporated into tiie project cos <br />and be assessed against the property owners. <br />2. Bohn's Point Circle - This privately owned but publicly maintained roe <br />has been requested to be increased from 16' to 201, and that the City woul <br />take this portion over. There would be no change in the cost of th <br />feasibility study if t .? circle was included in the study. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />Issu 1. Bohn's Fcint Road <br />A. Agree to reconsider <br />B.
