We wish to be able to get building permits for two resi- <br />dencea on the land covered by the enclosed survey. <br />The owners want to subdivide the property into two parcels so that <br />Lots 21 through 26 would be one parcel of the building site. The <br />construction of this house would be 15 feet South of the North line <br />of Lot 25. <br />The second parcel would include Lots 26 through 29, a vacated Nelson <br />Lane and Lot 33. The house would be constructed on Lot 27 or 28 and <br />this would be 75 feet from the lake, or more --well within the lake - <br />shore "set -back" required. <br />The total 9,;uare footage of land above the 1975 lakeshore survey is <br />approximately 76,000 feet. This request is so that the area of Lots 21 <br />throutlh 25, which en,7ompass 31,250 feet of high land, can be used as <br />a homesite. The variance required would reduce the "set -back" from <br />tiie lakt. as marked in pencil on the survey. <br />I have drawn a proposed house on the enclosed survey on the questionable <br />lot.
