The enforcement of the ordinance <br />in this particular case ,makes it impossible for the owner to use his property in <br />accordance with the zoning; code and as such, unless a variance is granted, will <br />be deprived of the value of said property because it becomes unuseable for inv <br />ocher purpose. The enforcement of the zoning code in this case does more than <br />merely make it inconvenient for the owner to develop the property; it ^<,k.es it <br />impossible. <br />
