Motion, <br />Ayes-6, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1367 STAVE HARRIS <br />3850 NATERTOMM ROAD <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Bellows to table this item to the March 20, 1989, <br />Planning Commission Meeting, as requested by the applicant. <br />Motion, Ayes-6, Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1369 CHARLES RICIHAYRR <br />1040 TOMILINE ROAD <br />VARIARCE <br />P'URWC KEARING 7:19 P.M. - 7s20 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />The applicant was present for this matter. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabustr informed the Planning <br />Commission that Mr. Kickhafer was requesting a front street <br />setback variance in order to construct an attached garage. Due <br />to accessory improvements previously made to the rear of the <br />property, placement of the garage to the rear of tl.e house <br />becomes impractical. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this matter <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Chairman Kelley, seconded by Planning <br />Commissioner Hanson, to recommend approval of this application, <br />granting the 30' front yard setback var' once for the purpose of <br />constructing x single story garage 24'x 24'. Mr. Kickhafer's <br />hardship is that he has no garage and the house was built prior <br />to the 5-acre zoning amendment. Bellows added that the <br />topography of the land was also a hardship. Motion, Ayes-6, <br />Nays-0, Motion passed. <br />#1371 ROOT i TN2X0A MINICEMA <br />3100 DAYSIDE 90" <br />VARIANCts <br />PUBLIC NEARING 7:21 P.M. - 7s25 P.M. <br />The Affidavit of Publication and Certificate of Mailing were <br />duly noted. <br />Mr. Minkema was present for this matter. <br />resistant Planning and Zoning Administrator Gaffron <br />explained that the Minkemas were in need of front and aide street <br />setback variances in order to construct an addition onto their <br />existing residence. <br />There were no comments from the public regarding this scatter <br />5 <br />
