Applicants are further advised that the traveled lortion <br />of Baldur Park Road extends within the Eroterty boundaries <br />and the City may at some future date request additional <br />right-of-way to accommodate that roadway. (Granting of <br />additional right-of-way is not a condition )f the current <br />variance aE�roval.) <br />6. Authorities granted by this resolution run with the <br />trolerty not with the atj licant, but are lermissive only and <br />must be exercised by at[lication for a building termit <br />within one year of the date of Council ahtroval, or the <br />sl.ecial conditions of this resolution will extire on that <br />date (July 9, 1991). <br />7. Violation of or non-comfliance with any of the terms and <br />conditions of this resolution shall constitute a violation <br />of the zoning code, shall automatically terminate any <br />authority granted herein, and shall be Eunishahle as a <br />misdemeanor. <br />A.
