DIST. ¢T. <br />For an Order Determining Boundaries. ) r rX <br />8Y 1, <br />/ rd <br />The above -entitled matter came on for hearing on the z3 day of January, 1988, <br />at Room A-702 of the Hennepin County Government Center in the City of Minneapolis, <br />said County and State, before the Deputy Examiner of Titles to whom said matter has <br />been duly referred pursuant to M.S.A. Section 508.13, to hear the evidence in said cause <br />and report his conclusions therefrom, and who has filed his Report herein; a- ' "-a Court <br />having duly considered the Petition, the evidence adduced by the petitioner and the <br />Report or Reports of the Examiner, finds: <br />1. That the petitioners are now the registered owners of lands in Certificate of <br />Title No. 478277 entered the 28th day of June, 1972, for lands described as follows: <br />That part of Lot 1, Fagerness, including accretions thereto, and <br />that part of Lot 26, Fagerness, including accretions thereto, all <br />described as commencing at the most Southerly corner of Lot 2, <br />Fagerness; thence Southeasterly 50 feet along the extension of the <br />Southwester Iv line of said Lot 2; thence deflecting to the right <br />65 degrees 46 minutes a distance of 77.66 feet to the actual point <br />, <br />of beginning; laid last -described line hereinafter to be referred to <br />as line "A"; thence deflecting to the left 90 degrees to the shore of <br />Laka Minnetonka; thence Northerly along said sho— 'o its intersec- <br />tion with the Southeasterly extension of the Sout-westerly line of <br />` <br />said Lot 2; thence Northwesterly along said extension and along <br />said Southwesterly line to a point thereon distant 65 feet North- <br />westerly from the most Southerly corner of said Lot 2; thence <br />Westeriy deflecting to the left 24 degrees to `ie shore of Lake <br />Minnete:.ka thence Southerly along said short o its intersection <br />with a line drawn Westerly at a right angle to said ILne "A" from <br />the actual point of beginning; thence East to the actual point of <br />beginning. <br />FiEE <br />PAID <br />1988 <br />on of n"M <br />A J <br />
