Are the circumstances surrounding the structure unigLe to this <br />proVerty or common throughout the City? <br />2. Has the applicant cleated the hardship with this case? <br />3. How si-nilar is this application to the applications filed as a <br />result of storm damage?. . .Rearrangement of lot lines as a result of <br />court actions or public improvements? <br />4. Does the fact that we are dealing with an existing fence and not <br />installation of new fencing have any bearing on these considerations? <br />Please contact staff if you have any questions concerning the <br />materials submitted for this review or if members seek additional <br />information. <br />Council Action - <br />To provide conceptual direction to staff so that they can prepare the <br />appropriate resolution for Council action at their September 12th, 1988 <br />meeting. <br />
