Lake Minnetonka Cable Commun ations Commission <br />4430AK STREET • EXCELSIOR, MINNESOTA 5 <br />To��`i <br />AW 9 ft <br />To: All LMCCC Commi stoners <br />From: Holly Hansen <br />Date: - -ust 8, 1988 <br />Re: upcoming meeting <br />The next meeting of the Lake Minnetonka Cable Communications Commission <br />(LMCCC) will be held Tuesday, August 16 at 5:00 p.m. Please note: <br />this meeting will be held at the Excelsior City Council Chambers. <br />The major items of business are to approve the 1989 LMCCC budget and to <br />vote on amending our Ordinance from Dowden to Triax, Please keep in <br />mind that our approval of the sate was made contingent upon Dowden <br />completing the "Activation in the member Cities of Commission of Regional <br />Channel 6 to the satisfaction of Commission". The signal quality of <br />Regional Channel 6 currently has a few probl ens, as you may be aware. <br />Mary Smith has Informed me that certain electronic parts are on order <br />that will hopefully remedy the situation. <br />Please make every attempt to attend this upcoming meeting as we need a <br />larger quorum to amend the Ordinance than for a regular commission meeting. <br />If you cannot attend this meeting, please contact your alternate. If <br />neither you nor your alternate can attend this meeting, please let me <br />know as soon as possible and no later than 5:00 p.m. on Monday, August 15th. <br />If you have any questions regarding the Meeting or Agenda, please contact me <br />
