During that time John Gerhardson will be available as the <br />Acting kdministrator either in person or by telephone. <br />3508 IVY P_A_L_CE_ - The staff continues to wait for the resident to <br />authorize the removal of the meter to have it sent to the factory <br />to determine if in fact there is a problem with the meter. <br />BOARD_C_F REVI1"a - The Council during its Local Board of Review <br />heard approximat�-ll 28 reviews reducing assessments on 5 together <br />with receiving letters from 2. Of these three were eventually <br />heard by the County Board of Review. Attached please find the <br />analysis that wti!ze done for the three together with the summary <br />of all actions taken by Hennepin County Br_,rd in the various <br />municipalities. Tt was additionally ind cated to the City's <br />Assessor that approximately 12 other persons had originally filed <br />fr.,, the County Board of Review, however, aftrer intital reviews <br />an., indications to these people that no adjustor,?nts would be <br />recommended, these people withdrew theri applications. <br />WATER C_ONSE_R_VATION REG_U_LATION_S_ - With considerably more rain <br />having occur. red in the Metro area over the last few weeks the <br />drought situation is s bstantiall.y better than it was when these <br />regula':ions were first enacted. At this time however, the. lake <br />level continues to remain low and the recent rains may not have <br />had the opportunity to full° recharge the aquifers. It is <br />anticipated that staff will bring this back for removal of the <br />odd/even ban at he September 12, 1983 meeting. <br />COUNTY 15 PROGRESS - See attachment. <br />2 <br />
