8687.6 Cy -i <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City Administrator�1,t�, <br />DATE: August 6, 1987 <br />SUBJECT: 1987-1988 Assessing Contract - <br />Attachment A. 1986-87 Assessing Service _._ntract <br />ISSUE - Authorization for City to enter into a contract with Rolf <br />Eiickson for assessing services for the period 1 September 1987 - <br />31 August 1988- <br />INTRODUCTION - Since 1984 the City has received its assessing <br />contract services from the private contractors headed by Rolf <br />Erickson. (Because of the routine for assessing, contracts run <br />from September thru August.) The contract price for 1986-87 as <br />noted in Attachement A was $45,204 and Mr. Eirckson has indicated <br />he is wiling to contract 1987-88 for $47,016, a 4% increase. <br />RE_C_O_M_ME_ND_AT_IO_N_ - Based on the excellent work and working <br />relationships with Mr. Erickson and Mr. Wilde it is recommended <br />that the City contract with them for the period 1 September 1987 <br />- 31 August 1988 for a fee of $47,016 paid in 12 equal <br />installments. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by , that the Orono <br />City Council authorize contracting its assessing services with <br />Mr. Rolf Erickson, Mr. David Wilde and Ms. Rita Guderian for the <br />period 1 September 1987 - 31 August 1988 for an annual fee of <br />$47,016 to be paid in 12 equal monthly installments of $3,913.00 <br />with no other changes in the contract.
