0 <br />Q.I J <br />June 3, 1988 <br />Ms. Jeanne Mabusth <br />Building and Zoning Administration <br />1335 Brown Road South <br />Orono, MN 55323 <br />Dear Ms. Mabusth: <br />The attached drawing will clarify my position on parking at my place of <br />business we discussed at our previous meeting. <br />In order to maximize my parking due to the Hennepin County condemnation of <br />8,127 s.f. of my parking lot, I have reduced the width of the stalls from 9 <br />ft. to 8.5 ft. In order to further enhance my parking ratios, I would ask <br />for your approval of the following: <br />1. Waiver of any landscapinq or greenspace required by ordinance. <br />2. Waiver of any setback requirements on the perimeter of my leased property <br />bordering on County roads 15 and 19. Essentially allowing parking to the <br />newly established property line. <br />3. That a bituminous curb be installed on the property line for the safety of <br />my customers and the local residents who will be using the sidewalk for <br />walking and recreational puâ–şposes. Furthermore, that Hennepin County <br />incur the expense of the placement of the safety curb. <br />4.
