S 10.21 <br />Subd. 5. Area, Height, Lot Width and Yard Requirements. <br />A. Height. No structure or building shall exceed <br />2-1/2 stories or thirty fee` in height except as provided in <br />Section 10.75. <br />B. Lots. Lakeshore SeBack Regulations. The set back <br />from the shoreline for lakeshore L,)ts shall be at least 75 feet and <br />no building may be located closer to the shoreline than the average <br />distar;e from the shoreline of existiig re•idence buildings on <br />adjac(nt and nearby lots.-�1J1Ory <br />Subd. 2. Lakeshore Hard 3v-ar Regulations. Within 115 <br />feet of shoreline there shall be no excavating, filling, hard <br />cover, temporary or permLnent structures. Within 7 to 250 fe-t of <br />the shoreline there shall be no greater than 8 hard cover. <br />Within 250 to 500 feet of the shoreline there sha be no greater <br />than 30% hard cover. Within 500 to 1,000 feet of the shoreline <br />there shall be no greater than 35% hard cover. <br />Subd. 3. Tree Removal Regulations. No -zees within 75 <br />feet of the shoreline with the di?meter of six (6) inches or more <br />shall be removed without first obtAining a permit from the Council. <br />SEC. 10.23. L^-IA ONE FAMILY LAKESHORE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT. <br />Subd. 1. Purpose. The "LR-lA" One Family Lakeshore <br />Residential Distri,..t is in_.;nded to provide a district which will <br />allow a combinati^r of low density residential development and <br />limited agrirgl ,utivity. Planned residential developments <br />may be allowed _ 4itional use permits. The proposed land use <br />may not endangeL quality of storm water runoff into Lake <br />Minnetonka or Lona =;ke.
