Rice Street, Wayzata, Minnesota, on the 1st <br />day of August, 1988, at 7:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as <br />time permits, for all parties to be heard to consider the <br />application of Lincoln Property Company for rezoning from R-1 <br />(Low Density Single Family Residence District) to Planned <br />Unit Development, and for concept plan approval of a 295 unit <br />multiple -family development. The 57.04 acre parcel, <br />presently owned by the Wayzata Country Club, is located <br />between Wayzata Boulevard and new U. S.
