: City of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. _ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER <br />TO DESIGNATE DEPOSITORIES OF CITY FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statutes do authorize the City Council <br />to delegate the responsibility of designating depositories of public funds <br />to the City Treasurer or Chief Financial Officer; and <br />WHEREAS, the investing of City funds does, on occasion, occur <br />prior to the formal adoption of the institution as an approved depository; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono, Minnesota, that the City Treasurer is hereby authorized to act on <br />the City's behalf and designate additional depositories of City funds. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a <br />regular meeting held on August 8, 1988. <br />ATTEST: <br />James R.
