Hickok and Associates <br />DATE: March 17, 1988 <br />RE: Lake Level, Flow and Precipitation Summary for February 1988. <br />Lake levels in Lake Minnetonka have stabilized at approximately 928 in <br />February as illustrated by the attached graph and lake elevations. There has <br />not been any discharge from Lake Minnetonka to Minnehaha Creek since November <br />17, 1986. Creek flow at the Browndale Ave. dam in Edina is not treasured during <br />the winter months. <br />The 30 year average precipitation for February at the National Weather Service <br />station in Maple Plain is 0.78 inches. The actual precipitaiton recorded in <br />Wayzata for February was 0.19 inches.
