This application was reviewed as Zoning File#03-2905. � <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1B Lakeshore Residential Zoning District,which <br /> requires minimum lot azea of 1.0 acres and minimum lot width of 140'. <br /> 3. The Planning Commission initially reviewed this application at a public hearing held <br /> on June 16,2003 and tabled the application for revisions,specifically to eliminate the . <br /> then proposed gara�e addirion which would have resulted in stxuctural lot coverage <br /> exceeding 15%and to show how hardcover could be reduced to the levels appr.oved <br /> via Resolution No. 3578 in 1995. ' <br /> 4.
