There appeared to be a general consensus that 40% in the 75-250' zone is too <br />much; a figure that received apparent support was to allow 25% hardcover within the combined <br />75-250' and 0-75' south zones, i.e. 25% of (15,200 + 7,725) or approximately 5,731 s,f.
