While <br />the existing house and garage are each located less than 75' from their respective shorelines, the <br />proposed residence and garage will be entirely in the 75-250' zone. <br />The area of the 75-250' zone is 15 ,190 s.f., and the hardcover allotment allowed by code is 25% or <br />3,798 s.f.
