N 0. . . 4 l t.1--3 ·. . . . <br />A RESOLUTION TO Al\1END <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4128 <br />GRANTING VARIANCES TO <br />l\rlUNICIP AL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDMSIONS 1 AND 2; <br />SECTION 10.55, SUBDIVISION 8; AND <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISIONS 16(J) Ai""ffi 16(L) AND <br />GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERL'11T <br />PER SECTION 10.03 SUBDIVISION 19 <br />-FILE #2370 <br />L <br />\VHEREAS, Gary O'Keefe (hereinafter "the applicant") is O\\ner of the property <br />located at 1392 Baldur Park Road within the City of Orono (hereinafter "City") and legally <br />described as follows: · <br />Lots 17 and 18, Block 1, Baldur Park, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter "the_ <br />property"); and <br />\VHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance to Municipal <br />Zoning Code Sections 10.22, Subdivisions 1 and 2; 10.55, Subdivision 8; and 10.56, <br />Subdivision 16(J) and 16(L) to pennit the construction of a new residence constituting <br />hardcover in the 75-250' zone in excess of the 25% hardcover nonnally allowed in that zone, <br />and to pennit grading and land alterations within the 0-75' lakeshore protected area where such <br />work is normally prohibited. <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FINDINGS <br />1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #2370. <br />2. The property is 0.71 acres in area and is located in the LR-lC Single Family <br />Lakeshore Residential Zoning District. <br />Page 1 of 6
