Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to send mailed notice to all property owners within 15 O' <br />of the property located at 1392 Baldor Park Road. <br />The property owner(s), David and Paula Lindberg, have applied for variances and <br />a conditional use permit to remove the existing structures and construct a new house <br />and garage. The driveway construction will require grading and 25-30 cubic yards <br />of land alteration. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a pubic hearing on: <br />TUESDAY, February 16, 1999 <br />at 7:00 p.m. <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono, Minnesota. <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney. A draft copy of <br />the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed.
