Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />As a result of the discussion and the issue raised at the Planning Commission meeting on February <br />16, 1999, the City of Orono is requesting that review of your application for conditional use permit <br />and variance be continued. <br />The City of Orono requests that you release and waive any of the City's obligations to proceed and <br />conclude its review of your application in a timely manner which includes any statutory obligation <br />for timely review. <br />The continuation of the City's review of your application will allow you to address the issues raised <br />at the meeting. <br />Please sign the enclosed letter and return it to Liz Van Zomeren by February 26, 1999. Failure to <br />return the enclosed letter will result in denial of your application at the next meeting. No application <br />which has been denied wholly or in part shall be resubmitted for a period of six ( 6) months from the <br />date of denial, unless new evidence or proof of changes of conditions are found to be valid.
