Box 66 <br />Crystal Bay, MN 55323-0066 <br />The City of Orono is required to send mailed notice to all property owners within 150' <br />of the property located at 1392 Baldur Park Road. <br />The property owner( s) have applied for an amendment of one or more variances to <br />the Zoning Code to remove the existing residence and construct a new residence. This <br />item was reviewed at the February Planning Commission meeting and was tabled to <br />the March agenda. <br />The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on: <br />Monday, March 15, 1999 <br />at 6:30 p .m . <br />in the Council Chambers at 2780 Kelley Parkway in Orono, Minnesota. <br />Any party may appear at the hearing in person, by agent or attorney. A draft copy of <br />the Planning Commission agenda is enclosed. The Planning Commission is advisory <br />to the City Council. <br />For further information, please call Elizabeth Van Zomeren at 249-4623.
