MAY-26-2005 10:18 RIDER BENNETT 612 340 7900 P.02/07 <br />T-052 P.002/007 F-264 May-26-2005 09:12am From-CITY OF +9522494616 <br />CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 4 9 4 S <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AV ARIANCE <br />TO MUNICIPAL ZONING CODE <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 2; <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C)(l); <br />SECTION 10.25, SUBDIVISION 6 (B); <br />SECTION 10.22, SUBDIVISION 1 (B); AND <br />SECTION 10.56, SUBDIVISION 16 (C)(6) <br />FILE NO. 03-2875 <br />\VHEREAS, Sandra Ann Benson (hereinafter "the applicant")is the O\.vner of the <br />property located m 1376 Baldur Park Road, within the City of Orono (hereinafter "the City'') and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 20 and that part of Lot 21 lying northea..st~rly of a line running from a point in the <br />northwesrerly line thereof distant 23 feet southwesterly from the most northerly <br />meander corn~r thereof to a. poim in the southeasterly line of said Lot distant 66.5 feet <br />southwesterly from the most easterly m·eander corner thereof, Baldur Park, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota, (hereinafter uthe property"); and <br />\VHEREAS, the applicant has applied to the City for a variance from Municipal <br />Zoning Code Section 10.22, Subdivision 2; Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C)(I); Section 10.25, <br />Subdivision 6(B); Section 10.22, Subdivision 1 (B); and Section 10.56, Subdivision 16 (C)(6) to <br />reconstruct and expand the roof of an existing principal stmcture and replace windows and doors <br />on the second story, in the LR-IC zoning district; and <br />\VHEREAS, after due published notice and mailed notice in accordance ·with <br />Minnesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoning and Planning Codes, the Orono Planning <br />Commission held a p1.tblic hearing on March 17, 2003, at \Vhich time all persons desiring to be heard <br />concerning this application were given the opportunity to speak thereon. <br />NO\V, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br />Minnesota: <br />FI~DINGS <br />1.
