<br />The Orono Planning Commis-
<br />sion will hold a public hearing in the
<br />Orono Council Chambers at 2780
<br />Kelley Parkway on Monday, August
<br />18, 2014, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on
<br />the matter of reviewing the following
<br />land use applications and vacation
<br />requests:
<br />11-3520 Christian & Beth John-
<br />son , 1376 Baldur Park Road, LR-
<br />1 C zoning district, request renewal
<br />of hardcover variances granted in
<br />2011 to allow 40.24% hardcover
<br />within the northeast 0-75' zone
<br />where 40.83% currently exists;
<br />13.25% hardcover within the south-
<br />west 0-75' zone where 9.21 % cur-
<br />rently exists; and 46.5% hardcover
<br />within the 75'-250' zone where
<br />37.23% currently exists in order to
<br />reorient the garage doors and re-
<br />align the driveway completely within
<br />the subject property.
