ThepUl'J)Ose ofm:y visit was to view the structural <br />condition of the existing home and dete.rm.ine if the e~isting structure <br />c:an be modified by placing a new roof over a ponion of t11e existing <br />home. The 1Jell/ roof would be supported by a new ridge beam spamiing <br />about 32 feet. with n~ rafters bearing 011 that center beam and the <br />~erior bearing walls. · <br />The existing home is in good stractum! co:oditiou.
