Expand portion of principal structure located 25. l' the OHWL of Lake Minnetonka · <br />where 7 5' is required; <br />2. A side yard setback of 6.6' where 10' is required; and <br />3. A 48. 7' encroachment into the average lakeshore setback. <br />Neither the footprint of the structure nor hardcover is proposed to change with the roof <br />expansion. The applicant proposes to remove a portion of the existing roof of the original <br />structure and replace it with one continuous ridge, approximately 14" higher than the existing <br />roof structure ( or l '-1 O" below the roofline attached to the west).
