The first, dar.cd June 20, 2002, requests clarifications and confirmation regarding a utility easement and the second, stamped received October 22, 2002, requests placement oil the Council agenda. The City did not respond to either letter_ Also, for your reference, is a copy of page 24 of the minutes of the Orono Planning Commission~ dated September 17, 2001, which unanimously approved all varianc~s. Also included is Notice of Council Action dated October 23, 2001, which indicated that the Council would review the variances if Cjty Sewer was not made available. Fred left messages for Mike Gaffron and Wendy Bottenberg yesterday, February 5, 2003. Mr. Gaffion is out of town until next week. Ms. Bottenberg had Matt Boltcmnan .return the call.
