(Lot 30, Block I, Baldur ]:'; <br />. .., '' <br />Dear Mr. Gaffron: <br />This letter is a follow-up to our letter filed October 22, 2002, copy enclosed. <br />During a telephone conversation with Mr. Weinberger last October regarding the ongoing <br />lack of city sewer availability, he recommended that the Resolution be returned to Council <br />for amendment, and assured us that City staff was aware of our ongoing file. He said <br />there would be time for this to be handled prior to the November 13, 2002 renewal date, <br />and said that it would be put on the November 12, 2002 Council agenda. It has been over <br />four months since that conversation, without any response from the City. As our request <br />for amendment was filed October 22, 2002, this issue should have been returned to <br />Council as old business. Please let us know when you can have an informational package <br />prepared for Council. <br />We are requesting that the Resolution be amended to delete any reference to city sewer, as <br />the sewer remained unavailable and we now have a new, state-of-the-art CODE private <br />sewer, as was recommended by City staff. <br />Additionally, we sent a letter June 20, 2002, also enclosed, requesting clarification of <br />issues regarding the proposed neighboring subdivision, which has not been answered. <br />In all fairness, a response from City staff is long overdue. <br />Sincerely, <br />Frederick Pw.ak <br />Encl. <br />Copy: Mike Sharratt <br />Julie Thometz <br />-·-. -'
