Sewer Connection Charges on <br />a per unit basis might also apply; however, it is likely no such charges_ would apply to <br />replatting of Franklin's lots because he would be incurring the cost of extending the sewer <br />to serve his properties. <br />I hope this provides you with some long-awaited answers.
