#01-2714 Frederick Puzak <br />1340 Baldur Park Road <br />Pa e 2 of2 <br />Planning Commission Recommendation <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the application on September 17, 2001 and had recommended <br />approval by a vote of 7 to 0 for variances subject to the condition that the prope1iy owner verify <br />either conforming septic sites be identified on the property or connection to sewer be completed. <br />Staff Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the Council adopt the attached resolution approving variances, which requires connection <br />to municipal sewer based on the adjacent prope1iy owners commitment to provide an easement and share in <br />costs to install the sewer service. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to adopt the resolution approving variances to permit construction of a new residence on the prope1iy.
