I have the item going to the Council <br />on February 12th and the council holding a public hearing for your existing plans. You have <br />requested the council to table your item to allow for you to redesign the home to meet the <br />structural standards of the code. <br /> <br />The council has a few actions they could take. <br />1. They could follow your request and table the item. <br />2. They could approve your plans as is. (The Planning Commission is an advising body and the <br />Council can still approve your plans) <br />3. They could deny your request entirely. (I see this as an unlikely action) <br /> <br />If they choose to table to allow you to redesign your application. You will need to submit new plans <br />to me by Wednesday March 21st. <br /> <br />Then we will have a public hearing at the Planning Commission on April 16th, 2018 and Council <br />Meeting May 14th. 2018. <br /> <br />To allow for these new dates you will need to waive your develop review timeline. Please respond <br />to these email confirming you have waived your timeline for your application. <br /> <br />Please let me know If you have any other questions. <br />Thank you <br />
