VOTE: 5 FOR 0 AGAINST <br /> Please arrange to sign the 3 original resolution copies at the City Offices (Monday through <br /> Friday,8:00am to 4:30am). All persons with interest in the property must sign the resolutions. <br /> Conditional Use Permit approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plans and as noted in <br /> the approval resolution. Changes in approved plans are subject to further review by the City. CUP <br /> approval expires one year after date of approval. A building permit must be obtained no later than <br /> December 11, 2007. <br /> NOTE: Building permit cannot be issued until you have fulfilled conditions #3 and #4 of the <br /> resolution: <br /> 3. Evidence that the proposed drainage easement over the adjacent property at 3155 North <br /> Shore Drive has been granted and recorded with Hennepin County shall be provided prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit for the new residence. (Your attorney must draft an easement <br /> document, Mandel's must sign it and your attorney must record it at Hennepin County. <br /> Bring us back a copy of the recorded document with official county document <br /> numbers/stamps). <br /> 4. Rain gardens shall be established on the site for purposes of stormwater management,subject <br /> to approval of the City Engineer. A proposed rain garden design shall be submitted by <br /> applicant and approved by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building permit for the <br /> new residence. Such rain gardens shall be constructed on the site and covenants for their <br /> maintenance shall be established,prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy for the new <br /> home. <br /> If you desire certified copies of the Official Council minutes,they are available from the City Clerk <br /> after review and approval by the Council.
