A?PLT -7A ION <br />pFMOLITION PERM (/ <br />SPECIAL CONDITIONS AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT <br />The undersigned owner of property legally described as �% �, �iL�[r 3 <br />1?4N6f-95 wed0 JicrrEy Z4etC .791✓E <br />hereby applies for and requests a permit, pursuant to Section 301a of the <br />State of Minnesota Uniform Building Code, for the DEMOLITION and COMPLETE <br />REMOVAL of the following described structure(s) located thereon: <br />O,L D Fo9g.,-1 "o L) SF <br />Demolition is planned by means of: ✓ manual disassembly _ heavy equipment <br />burning, by the appropriate fire department <br />In return for issuance of said Demolition Permit, the undersigned owner <br />hereby agrees as follows: <br />1. The structure(s) shall be kept enclosed and secured until such time <br />as demolition is complete. <br />2. Demolition debris will be kept off adjoining property and/or the <br />public rights of way unless specific prior approval is obtained <br />in writing for temporary use thereof. <br />3. All demolition debris will be completely disposed of off site in <br />an approved landfill and in accordance with all. applicable PCA <br />requirements. <br />4. Upon completion, and within 5 working days of superstructure removal, <br />the site shall be left clean and clear of all debris, with any <br />foundation or other excavation filled with earth, level with the <br />adjacent ground elevation, except when such excavation is to be used <br />as part of a new building and such new building is actually under <br />construction. <br />5. The undersigned owner shall and hereby does indemnify and hold <br />harmless the City of Orono, the City Council, and the agents and <br />employees of the City from and against all claims, damages, losses <br />or expenses, including attorney fees, which the City, City Council <br />and agents and employees of the City may suffer or for which it may <br />be held liable arising out of or resulting from the assertion against <br />them of any claims, debts or obligations in consequence of the <br />demolition described herein as performed by the property owner, his <br />employees, agents or subcontractors, whether or not cased in part <br />by a party indemni d hereunder. <br />6.
