SUMMARY ORDINANCE <br />A SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO. AMENDING SECTIONS 6.01, 6.05 AND <br />6.06 OF THE CITY OF ORONO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO IMPROVEMENTS <br />ON PUBLIC AND PRIVATE ROADS AND RIGHTS OF WAY. <br />The Council of the City of Orono ordains: <br />A summary text of the above cited ordinance is approved in the <br />following form: <br />This ordinance affecting public and private roads <br />requires permits from the City's Public Works Director <br />for improvement or construction of roadway surfacing, <br />sidewalk, curb and gutter, driveway, driveway <br />approaches, driveway turnarounds and curb cuts. <br />This ordinance shall be available in full printed text for <br />inspection by any interested party during regular office hours at <br />the office of the Orono City Clerk. <br />This ordinance shall be effective <br />James R.
