Mabusth, Building & Zoning Administrator <br />Date: July 21, 1988 <br />Subject: Senior Building Inspector's Step Adjustment <br />Tom Jacobs, Senior Building Inspector, is scheduled for an annual <br />review date for step adjustment purposes as of July lst, 1988. The point <br />results of the time spent profile provided to Personnel Decisions, Inc. <br />placed the position at a Level 9 of the City of Orono's Compensation Plan. <br />Mr. Jacobs is eligible for a step (3-4) at Level 9 under the 1988 <br />Compensation Plan Wage Table. Mr. Jacobs performs his duties at or above <br />the expected performance level and I recommend his salary be adjusted from <br />$14.57 per hour to $15.17 per hour, to be effective as of July 1st, 1988. <br />TO: Mayor and City Council <br />FROM: Mark Bernhardson, City AdministratoV <br />Forwarded recommending approval. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by, seconded by _, that the Orono City <br />Council approves the increase in step level for the Senior Building <br />Inspector from $14.57 to $15.17 effective 7/1/88 having advanced or <br />exceeded the expected performance level.
