Gaffron, Asst Plannina & Zoning Administrator <br />July 21, 1986 <br />11128 Rainey Anderson, 780 South Old Crystal Bay Road - <br />'-'inal Subdivision Approval - Resolution <br />The applicant has completed the requirements of preliminary <br />plat approval, Resolution No. 2239, dated August 10, 1987 (copy <br />attached). <br />Staff recommends approval per the attached resolution for <br />final plat approval. <br />The applicant submitted three choices for a road name. The <br />attached copy of the Hudson Directory indicates that there are <br />quite a number of Crystal this, that and the other thing, many of <br />which are in Orono, and that there are a number of Deerwond <br />Lanes, but there is no Rainey Road, hence staff would recommend <br />that the private road be known as Rainey Road. <br />PROPOSED MOTION: Moved by , seconded by , tru approve the <br />final plat of "Trees To Be" for Rainey Anderson, 780 South Old <br />Crystal Bay Road.
