t.— <br />.,j MINUTES OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD JUNE 15, 1987 <br />11163 MCDOMELL COMTIJUED <br />Chairman Kelley announced that two of the Planning <br />Commission members were also members of the Woodhill <br />Country Club, and that he himself was an associate <br />' member of the club. fie noted that each of the members <br />could decide for themselves whether there was a conflict <br />of interest and abstain from voting. From I..s point of <br />view, he has decided to vote in the matter. <br />Mark Fox asked if Woodhill Ave. were widened where would <br />the additional property come from and who would pay for <br />it. <br />Zoning Administrator Mabusth stated that they have only <br />!. core some prelitinary reviews of it and were very <br />concerned with the existing landscaoiny done by the <br />property owner:; in thce right-of-way. <br />There were no other comments from the public and the <br />public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Cohen, seconded by Hanson, to recommend <br />preliminary subdivision approval as proposed subject to <br />the City Engineer's recommendations. Motion, Ayes 3, <br />Nays 2, A:,stention 1. Brown voted nay feeling the <br />Woodhill Ave. cul-de-sac was not needed. Johnson <br />concurred with drown in akldit.�on to feeling a 20' paved <br />road width would be adequate.
