Determination of date for selection: <br />a) Select the July llth, 1988 meeting. <br />b) Table until the July 25th, 1988 meeting. <br />c) Table to an alternate date. <br />3. Selection of a candidate. <br />4. a) Not consider if no vacancy ie created. <br />b) Selection of an individual to fill the vacancy. <br />c) Table until the July 25th meeting. <br />The following individuals previously expressed an interest, but were not <br />selected, when Sara Moos was selected to the Planning Commission: <br />a) Dale A. Christensen <br />b) Stephen M. Johnston <br />c) Lester Kelley <br />d) Robert L. Minkema <br />e) Curtis Quady <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that following the interviews the <br />Council select an individual at the July llth or July 25th Council meeting. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by _, seconded by _, that the Counci :, having <br />conducted interviews for the vacancy on the Council, appoints to <br />fill the balance of the term for this year.
