City of OR,ONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />-'435 <br />NO. <br />^y. <br />1. <br />8. Applicant to provide a current Certificant of Insurance coverage. <br />9. Materials not able to be burned or buried will be stored within <br />an area approved by the Orono staff until "ice in" at which time the <br />debris will be hauled off the island. This site must be screened and <br />secured from members of the public who will be using the island during <br />the 1988 season. <br />10. The camp shall be limited to two permanent slips at the existing <br />dock for camp boats and six transient slips far workers. Applicant <br />must have LMCD license for the 1988 season. <br />11. The clean up program shall be limited to the following <br />activities: <br />A. Cleaning, grading, and seeding of all areas disturbed with <br />burning and raising of all structures. <br />B. Clean up and burning of debris/brush. <br />C. The burning of debris in an approved burn site by the Orono <br />Fire Inspector. <br />D. The building of approved structures required for the opening <br />of the camp for day use recreation, ie. picnic tables, fire <br />station, etc. <br />12. Any activities conducted on the property not covered by this <br />permit or not meeting the original intent of this temporary permit <br />shall result in the immediate termination of said permit and all <br />activities approved therein. <br />1.3. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and condi- <br />tions of this resolution shall constitute a violation of the zoning <br />code, shall automatically terminate any authority granted herein, and <br />shall be punishable as a misdemeanor. <br />14. The undersigned applicant has read, understood and hereby agrees <br />to the terms of this resolution and on behalf of himself, successors <br />and assigns, hereby agrees to the recording of this resolution °n the <br />chain of title of the property. <br />Adopted by the Orono City Council on this 23th day of May, 1988. <br />Janes R.
