z <br />t <br />Lucy and Charlie Nelson <br />2868 Casco Point Road <br />Wayzata, Minn 55391 <br />ATTENTION: Village of Orono Planning Commission <br />REGARDING: Hardcover Variance <br />LOCATION: Alfred Iversen Property <br />2835 Casco Point Road <br />We are deeply concerned that the proposed changes <br />to the Iversen property will deteriorate the value <br />of our property by blocking our view of Lake <br />Minnetonka. <br />Our home is located across the street from the <br />Iversen property. We built it so that there would <br />be a good view of the lake and we feel this view <br />adds to the value of the property. By adding to <br />the Northeast end of their property and <br />constructing a garage where the plans indicate it <br />will be constructed, our view will be blocked. <br />I have reviewed the plans on record with the <br />Village of Orono. <br />We feel this variance should not be granted unless <br />it can be demonstrated to us that our view of the <br />lake will not be reduced. <br />it <br />CHARLES F.
