Please review Exhibit 2 <br />that reflects both the original hardcover schedule for removal and the 321 <br />s.f. prepared by the applicant's consultant for the July llth meeting of <br />the Council. <br />Staff Reco■■wndation <br />To reaffirm the original approval of the Planning Commission that would <br />hold the improvement of this property to the existing hardcover within the <br />75-250' setback area at 38.4% Such removals to be completed prior to the <br />final inspections by the building inspector for the addition to the <br />existing residence. <br />ADDITIONAL COKKMTS AND RBCOKKMDATION <br />July 21, 1988 <br />Planning Commission Recosufendation - <br />Planning Commission reaffirmed their origins. approval of the Iverson <br />application that would hold the improvements to the property at the <br />existing hardcover level within Llie 75-250' setback area at 38.4%. The <br />original resolution presented for Council action at your last meeting has <br />been amended to reflect the new findings. In addition, we have added a <br />specific condition that would require hardcover removals to be completed <br />p;ior to final inspection of structural improvements by the City Building <br />Inspector. <br />
