Additionally, enclosed is the <br />most recent traffic analysis from MnDot provided by Ken Madole. <br />Given the upcoming meetings of the Highway 12 Task Force in Litchfield <br />on July 21st, it may be helpful to meet Monday, July 18, 1988 at 7:00 p.m. <br />at Delano to address the following issues: <br />1. Selection of a corridor. <br />2. Goals, objectives for ad hoc <br />3. Rough work program and dates. <br />4. Role of group, if any, as it <br />Legislators and regarding support <br />process on the corridor. <br />relates to communication with State <br />being garnered by the Task Force. <br />Please let me know if July 18th is a convenient date for you. If this <br />is not a good date for you, please let me know as Medina, Delano, Long Lake <br />and Watertown all meet the first and third Tuesdays of the worth; <br />Independence and Maple Plain meeting on the second and fourth Tuesdays; and <br />Orono meeting on the second and fourth Mondays.
