City of Orono Compensation Plan <br />ISSUE - Determination by Council as to the approval of the increase for <br />Tom Kuehn in the position of Financial Director. <br />INTRODUCTION - Under the City's Compensation Plan, Mr. Kuehn is eligible <br />for an increase to $20.583 per hour effective June 14, 1988. <br />DISCUSSION - Based on Mr. Kt.ehn's achieving the appropriate performance for <br />the period, it is my recommendation that his salary be increased $.528 per <br />hour effective June 14, 1988. <br />ALTERNATIVES - <br />1. Accept. <br />2. Amend and accept. <br />3. Table. <br />RECOMMENDATION - It is recommended that the Council approve an increase of <br />$.528 per hour for Mr. Tom Kuehn effective June 14, 1988. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by , seconded by _, that Finance Director Tom <br />Kuehn be increased to a salary level of $42,812.64 effective June 14, 1988 <br />based on his performance that he has reached the appropriate standards. <br />Ayes _, nays <br />
