Weekly Data Sheets), Receptionist (Handled <br />incoming customer Droduct inquiries), Coded and Checked Expense <br />Accounts (using both American and Canadian Currency), Prepared <br />Monthl• Disbursement Reports (again using both American and <br />Canadian Currency) Aided in Preparation of Annual Budget; Ordered <br />Office Supplies, Arranged Flight Schedules and Accomodations for <br />Manager, Aided in Preparation of Insurance Claim Forms for all <br />Area Salesmen, Called in Weekly Sales Report to Headquarters in <br />Houston. <br />Left this position because I was laid off due to economic <br />conditions. Our Office sold products to the mining industry in <br />Northern Minnesota, Michigan and Canada. Many mines closed and <br />slowed production and our office eventually closed. <br />GENERAL INFORMATION: <br />I have excellent telephone skills. I enjoy working with the <br />public, in person and over the telephone.
