D. No portion of a driveway approach, except thr <br />curb return shall be constructed within 100 <br />of a corner in a business, commercial or <br />industrial area, or within 100 feet of a can <br />in a residential district. <br />E. Driveway turnarounds shall be required on all <br />driveways or driveway approaches entering onto a <br />State highway, County road or a collector <br />roadway and on all entrances to private roads <br />within the City were deemed necessary by the <br />Public Works Director based upon traffic counts, <br />sight distances, street grades and other <br />relevant factors. Such requirements shall be <br />stated on any permit issued by the Public Works <br />Director pursuant to this ordinance. <br />F. Driveways must be 10 feet from the side property <br />line of a parcel of land except if driveway is <br />shared by two parcels of land. <br />Subd.11. Maintenance and Removal. Every driveway <br />approach or entrance to abutting property shall be maintained and <br />kept in a safe condition by the owner of the abutting property or <br />by the Homeowners' Association, and any such driveway approach <br />which shall nit be so maintained and kept in a safe condition or <br />which shall interfere with or oLatruct the drainage carried by the <br />-31- <br />
