supervision of the Public Works Director, who is hereby authorized <br />to make the necessary rules, regulations and specifications with <br />respect to materials for and method of construction of a sidewalk, <br />curb and gutter, driveway, driveway approach, driveway turnaround, <br />curb cut, roadway surfzcing or private improvement in any p.-.ate <br />road or other private property in the City. A copy of such rules <br />and regulations shall be kept on file with the City Clerk. A <br />permit issued under the provisions of this Ordinance may be <br />revoked by the Public Works Director when he or she determines <br />that the construction or activity authorized by the permit is not <br />being performed according to the terms of the permit or this <br />Ordinance. <br />B. Notice of such revocation, with a description <br />of the facts supporting such revocation, shall be mailed or <br />delivered to the person named in the permit at the address listed <br />in the permit. <br />C. All work shall cease upon receipt of the Notice <br />of Revocation. <br />D. Any person whose permit is revoked as set forth <br />herein may appeal that revocation to the City Council by filing <br />notice of such appeal with the City Clerk within ten (10) days of <br />the date that the revocation was mailed or delivered. <br />-23 <br />
